Through the images you create in Art Therapy, you can express thoughts, feelings and memory.
By exploring these images, with the Therapist’s expertise and support, it is possible to gain a better understanding of yourself and to resolve many issues – past and present. As a result, you can feel more connected, fulfilled and happy! People often find that working in this way can be more comfortable than ‘talking therapies’. Art can be very powerful, yet gentle therapy.
I work with you individual needs and requirements over a period of time to ensure you have the opportunity to get the most from Art Therapy sessions. You do not need to have artistic skills or previous experience of ‘art’ to take part.
